Selling these on behalf of my dad, all tyres are legal, 2 have 195/45's and the other 2 have 195/50's. They've recently had a quick refurb to get rid of the laquer peel and polish the lips up a bit and had the centres sprayed dark grey.

Were these split down to be refurbed? Ie, have the bolt heads been sprayed over?

Yeah the wheels were split before they were painted, and any bolts that needed replacing were replaced from just matz.
