Either my 6n has a deep sump on it or that's a mk3 one :s

The only reason I need a slimmer sump is to clear the subframe dude. It's about 1.5" shallower than the 6n one so I dunno lol.

You'd be silly not to take advantage of the custom fitting service PPP are now offering (for no extra cost) means you can go as low as you want without having to worry about leaving the subframe imbedded on a speed bump, with it being such an integral part of the car when its bolts on, its fucking horrible to hit it on something, litterally felt like the floor was about to tear off!

no point in having a subframe if your low low, you cant push it hard enough to be able to take advantage of a subframe.

80mm isn't low low though , and i hit everything with mine.

Honestly, been there done that tobes!

Also, i think you'd be able to get it up inline with the bottom of the sump, maybe slightly lower which would be perfectly adequate.

Yeah, having one made to sit higher even if your not low would be awesome! More ground clearance the better. Especially if you want a bit of fun on the roads in this country.

By all means, go as low as ben and run a subframe in Germany, youd never have a problem

I'm just speaking from experience here, not folk stories.

It just seems silly to me to buy one that might be a hinderance, instead of one that could be ran @ -100mm, 60-80mm is the sensible limit for a stage 2 (mean average ) and i would have thought with nick getting coilovers, he will be well into that? Obviously this also depends on wheel/tyre choice too!

Crymro is low with a frame...my 6n had like 1.5" and was fine!
