Will these alloys fit...

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Due to some problems I have had, I need some 4x100 wheels very quickly

I bought a set of fox alloys (off a mate yesterday, I know chav!!!)

they are 16" and have very large tyres on meaning I need to raise the car up all round :( dont fancy that in the rain.

My car is a polo 6n2 (2001) 1.4 16v. will these fit? as I'm very clueless atm of offsets etc.

So please, Any help is appreciated asap.

On a brighter note the fox alloys are in good condition with 4 brand new tyres on and i only paid 50 quid :ninja:

Well obviously they wont fit your car if you are having to raise it up but yes they will fit the stud pattern...but there is no mention of the offset so wether you would need spacers or not is another question

Your right, there is no mention of the offset, I have emailed the guy! i just need something really quick lol! have a few sets to sell to then buy some nice ones. :)

Will I require spigot rings do you think?

from a quick google, i would say you would almost definately need spigot rings to make them 57:1

up to you what you wanna do but I would be reluctant to buy a set of wheels i didnt want just to then get a set i did, bide your time or search the classifieds here

I know what your saying about biding time... but I'm on a space saver at the moment. and need some winters anyway!

Do they need to have tyres? what's your budget?

Ideally they need tyres.

My adapters are fucked and I only have 5 stud wheels... I'm on a spacesaver at the moment as the front right adaptor was the worse (I'm obviously driving minimally)

What have you got?

the problem is that I only have one day off this week... TOMORROW

I have a few sets of wheels, depends on your budget though. I have a set of BBS style wheels I bought for winters but never got round to fitting them.

Not looking much for them, they are on eBay atm, starting price of £35 with no reserve. eBay Link

As I say in the ad I can have a decent set of part-worns fitted but this would be extra.

Would much prefer to do a deal outside of eBay and to someone on here.

pm me if you're interested and we can discuss.
