6n2 dash question

The lower part of my dash is a light grey colour i want to change it to black to match the top can you take all the lower dash off without removeing the top part of the dash?

any pics mate as I'm unsure what part your on about.

Most of the dash can be taken out and sprayed with a rattle can, just make sure its completley solidified before attempting to re fit as it is all prown to stress marks.

Centre consol

Removing

– Remove driver side storage compartment 10.99 ► → Chapter.

NoteSelector lever knob and gaiter do not need to be removed in order to remove centre consol. Not shown in Figure to improve clarity.

– Unclip coin box -1-, left cover -3- and right cover -4-.

– Unclip trim -2-.

– Unclip frame for handbrake -5-.

– Remove two screws -1-.

– Open glove compartment and unscrew screw -2-.

– Remove trim -3-.

– Unscrew self-tapping screws -1- and -2- (3 each).

– Remove bolt -3-.

– Remove bolt -4-.

– Unscrew hexagon nuts -5-.

NoteRear area of centre console -1- is secured to tunnel with a clip -4-.

– Unclip rear area of centre console -1- and swing up in -direction of arrow-.

– Unscrew screws -2- and remove ashtray -3- from centre console.

– Remove centre console.

– Remove three screws -arrows-.

– Open glove box.

– Remove the three screws -1-.

– Unscrew stop buffers -2- and -3-.
