After owning this for 2 years...

I dont think i ever made a build thread for the tdi , only for the 6n 8v and the 6n 16v i had i tried searching encase i did make one for this 9n but dont think i did

I was looking at 6n2 tdi but for £200 more i could get a 9n with 20k less miles and 100bhp standard with full history and a folder FULL of recipts even down to screenwash which was a no brainer really.

So off we set to go and pick it up (in 2010)

Felt nice driving this home after having stuck with a £385 polo 8v and then having a run down 16v

power steering took me by supprise , i guess after having stuiped wheels and bad tracking and god knows what else it was so easy!

So... i got it home and done the usual

Led sidelights

Led Rear plate bulbs

Interior Led bulbs

Subwoofer and headunit (now removed as standard speakers are decent)

had a few issues within the last 2 years:

Thermostat went causing overheating (fixed)

Coolant leak into the bulk head (fixed)

Driver door dosent register as open when open (still like it)

Front bushes destroyed (fixed / replaced with cupra ones)

Starter motor went on me (fixed)

Current mods:

Lowered on coilovers

Rear EBC drilled / grooved disks with redstuff pads (made a big diffrence)

Led Lighting

Upgraded driving bulbs (Did have hids but removed due to alignment / new laws)

Solid rubber cupra bushes

Black wrapped front badge

Plans:

Big front moutned intercooler

Remap

Fit faceliftboot i've smoothed

LED convert and fit rear lights

Fit projectors or angel eyes (if i have to) with a hid kit

When front pads / disks low - new hub and 312mm brake setup

New wheels when these new tyres are low (long time away)

So after nearly 2 years my insurance renewal came though and i can now afford to decalre mods

So... coilovers came , got my rear EBC disks and pads on.

Brought 2 sets of rear lights from a chap off here to LED convert.

Ended up whacked some square SMD pannels into my fog lights , which are bright as hell. (wired on the ignition)

Need to sort somthing out thouse as i've removed fog bulbs (just to see what there like) so will need to fabricate somthing

Then this happened at work yesterday

No doubt its someone i have served in store , no note left nothing.. pissed off, Wouldnt have minded so much if it was just the wing

The wing is dented in 3 places , and futher along out of the picture.
