Just walked out of my house to find some pikey bastard with his arm through the rear quarterlight of my mondeo trying to reach the door handle.

So i start running towards him shouting "oi c.unt" etc and then he turns to me and I see hes got a claw hammer in his other hand, so I think shit and stop running.

So he legs it off down the road leaving me with a right mess to clean up. First thing I did though was ring the police. They came and took statement from me etc and the rest of the crap they do.

2 hours later they come back to my house and say they have caught the guy they think did it.

Trouble now is this; the police wont press charges against him because its my word against his and theres no evidence linking him to the crime. But to make matters worse, the little scrotum is trying to press charges against me for assault!!

turns out he cut his arm pretty good on the broken glass as he ran away. (this to me is definitive evidence that he was trying to rob shit from my car) so now I'm the one who has been interrogated like some fucking criminal. All because of some thieving piece of shit pikey c.unt.

I should have cut the scummers throat.

i have a weapon of choice by the front door for this kind of situation as id rather teach the thieving scum a lesson and get sent down than let them get away with something I've worked hard to buy although my neighbours are so nosey id have plenty of witnesses

If he's claiming he cut himself on the glass there must be a ton of DNA evidence and shards of glass on his clothing as evidence that would prove his intent to rob/steal. You can only hope he gets blood poisening from the wound and dies a slow painfull death At least you stopped him from nicking from the car or the car itself.

So when its your word against his there's no evidence, but when its his his word against yours that's good enough?

If I was in your shoes I'd literally sit there through the interview and laugh at them, then without trying to sound like some keyboard warrior, I'd go and give them a very good reason to charge me. Little fuckers always seem to have the law on their side, so if you can't beat them... Beat the shit out of them

Despite Matt seeing him it truely is his word against him as an officer needs to of seen this. Yes you can say check evidence i.e. blood stains on shirt and DNA on the window, I'd make that apparent with the officer to make sure they right that down in their EAB's and MAKE SURE YOU SIGN IT.

Police had no hesitation in arresting and charging me with attempted theft of a motor vehicle because someone had phoned them and given a description of me while I was trying to hot wire a mates car to move it for him. I wasn't at the car so all they had was some one else's word for it, case was dropped a few weeks later when they finally got their arse in gear and went and saw the lad who owned the car

you should of said he stole something, Not of high value, like £3. I know its not right to do so but surely he could get prosecuted.

Some PCSO's have more powers then other ie BTP (they carry cuffs etc). Don't forget just because they are PCSO doesn't mean they can't do a Citizens Arrest

My other half wants to go Australia I've always wanted to go so it makes sense for us to go :) I'd love to move over there!

I'm moving there in a couple of years i think, one of the few places left that isn't a complete shit hole run by the rich and wealthy.

On a good note though, CSI turned up last night and went over the car for a while. The bloke said he took prints and found some fabric still attached to the broken glass so with any luck the morons will realise their balls-up and sort the little bastard out.

Me and the misses are moving out to Australia in February. We are starting out on a 1 year Visa to see how things go, coming back home and then hitting the savings. I'm only 23 and don't wanna spend any more time in this country, the people in charge are just so out of touch with the average worker. Fed up with getting up at 5:30 every morning and working my a*se off just to pay for the petrol to get there in the first place!

Australia only let you emmigrate if you can bring something to the country i.e a trade or you have close family over there. Luckily I have both :)
