Sold my car yesterday, for £40...to the rag and bone men, but lost the v5, so tey just took it for the cash (car was just scrao metal)...

what are consequences etc for them not signing, coz they are random rag and bones, i dont know where they are from etc,

how can i sort this.

Mmmm little bit silly mate :( so u don't have any contact address for him? As you need to contact dvla to tell them its scrapped really.

it only clocked after they had gone, but i dont have their address, :/

ill give DVLA a ring and just tell them

wasnt taxed but was sorned, had a word today and aparently if i send them a letter stating make model reg year engine size, my address, email nae, d.O.B etc & sign it then they will write it off straight away as i was just honest with them & said i scrapped it rag & bone as nobody would take it without charging me!
