Passed my driving test about a year ago and iv just had my first car which is a vw polo 2002 9n 1.2

There is currently no modifications and i can honestly say i don't know much about cars, but I'm trying to learn

I would like to do some tweaking on my car which wont cost me loads of money but i want to change it enough that it doesnt look like a normal boring 9n.

Any advice would be appreciated and advice in easy english would be better :)

Also i don't really want to affect my insurance to much as it costs a bomb as it is

Welcome, Check the build thread sections here for any 9n mods, also here. Anything can be done really. Nice cheap mods are Vynil rap bits like badges, Some sport wheels of the 1.4TDI Sport, springs to lower it or coilovers. Alot of fun to be had really.
