Make seat runners - not done

Get seats, door cards and sun visors back from the trimmers - not done

Buy another 6n2 for spares - done (anyone need bits?)

Fit whole interior - not done

Paint air tank - Prepped/Primed

Get tyres fitted - DONE

Fit wheels - DONE

Flat and polish the whole car - not done

Chassis notch - not done

Right. So...

As some of you knew, probably a lot of you have seen on the internet today. Over the winter the polo undertook some massive changes.

Now that UD is done and dusted and the car has been unveiled, i can give you A. A spec list. B. Fuck loads of pictures...

So, it started off with finding out someone else painted theirs pretty much an identical colour to mine the same day we painted mine. So i made a phone call to Studio Incar (Shakey and Steve are amazing guys, couldn't ask for a better service or friendship from it)

That phone call ended off with me going down there for a quote for an iPad mini in the dash and just a rear floor set up.

I came away with a basic set up to start with, 2xAudison Voce tweeters, 2xAudison Voce 70mm mid range, 2xAudison Voce 165 mid range. An Audison SR2 and SR4 (already had) and a BitOne processor unit so the iPad could be used to run everything. Great, the car was booked in.

So off it went after being painted.

Two week job, perfect. Then i decided that fuck this, if i was going that far i'd go to town. So added in was;

Smooth alcantara dash

Alcantara headlining

Alcantara pillars

Custom rear pieces for under the parcel shelf supports

Custom tweeter and 70mm mid range builds

Custom DRC (BitOne remote control) housing in the headlining

Another amp

A 12" Audison Voce sub

Sub box in the foot well

Recaro CS' from a 2013 Jag XKR8 - retrimmed in black nappa leather and alcantara

Freshly trimmed gear gaitor

Alcantara centre'd Team 280

Sweet, two weeks turned into four weeks - fine by me, infact better than anything, roughly the same time my wheels would turn up!

My wheels turned up, excellent communication from Rotiform the wholeway throughout my order!

The only pictures i have of it finished so far, i'll go and take some of my own later on. Thank you to everyone who helped me this last week, everyone who put up with me being an arse.

Its a shame you parked your car where you did, couldn't get in and have a good look, bright light at the rear made it impossible to have a good look.

And everyone sat infront of it meant you couldn't see it.

From what I could see it looked nice though.

Agree with the above, came to have a good look at this car but couldn't see much as there were a lot of people sitting at the front of it and brights light abstracted all the view. Hope to see it at the forthcoming shows!! Great effort

Sorry about the poor parking on Sunday! It's because my paint hasn't been flatted and polished as it only rolled out the booth Wednesday afternoon, so we wanted to keep the lights off it. I shall be at up and coming shows and meets yeah!

Don't have any recolection of a blonde guy saying about a sunroof though, sure it was me you were talking to? I had the Will Smith t-shirt on..
