  • i wish i was going ot UD just to see this car .. great work will (Y)

many times you primer buddy when preping

Ah ryt at least its getting there now man. Thoose rear arches r fucking spot on. Hurry up and fix the water trap :)

Am i missing some thing here?

Basically someone who's owned my car has previously painted almost the whole thing. In essence i have a MASSIVE FUCK OFF problem with this, because whoever painted it, CANNOT prep to save their fucking lives.

On another note, shes in primer, new bonnet bought, looks FUCKING SICK. No paint until the new year as the water trap on the booth broke :(

I'm not touching the bumper ;)

So either someone else is or it will look stupid?

That looks lush

Why don't you go for smaller tyres? Would sit a lot lower and a lot better, those tyres look huge

And did you get it painted at the same place as last time?

Lets clear a few things up then.

Tyres - Everyone may be bugging me, but its not going to happen for two reasons. A. The wheels aren't staying in the long run. B. They're brand new tyres on there. However i may end up investing in something smaller when these wear out, which no doubt they will.

Fitment - It's not been notched yet so the fronts just sat on the shafts.

Paint - Yeah same place as last time, muchly improved in work, area and time scale now. Everyone deserves a second chance, plus i do work off of my own back there.

Bumper - It's been modified slightly, in the way of trimmed, removed mount and slight shape adjustment.

Thats the lot, wheels are now black, but haven't been there in the daylight to take a picture. Doors and bonnet are ready to go back on, boot and front bumper will be beginning of the week.

Looks too much like a subaru ;) LOL

spending all your money on bodywork but wont spend a little bit extra on tyres that arent huge and will allow you to get it sitting nice. The bodywork may look good but if the car sits like shit it defeats the whole point of having air...

Gay <3

And I'm keeping an open mind on the fitment until it's all done!!

So you didn't read the comment at all. Well done, 10 out of 10. The wheels AREN'T STAYING?

Fitment will be perfect by end of feb

Ever time I see this car I fall more in love with it.

Loving the fitment
