That tape will melt and fall to pieces as soon as its got fuel around it lol

  • Author

the tape is only to keep it all solid and in place, the white piece fits fairly snugly inside lol

Oh thought you'd taped standard together ha

ohh nah! i snipped the leftover bits off so it was sorta just a hole, then luckily i had another hose connector that fitted inside it nicely!

Shop??????? Lol

If any fuel gets on that tape its gonna eat it alive, rip it off and get some chemical metal around it. It may not be leaking now but if it starts (and its very likely) while your driving it, well...

Pic Removed..

Imagine a Picture of a fire ball car!

yeah totally... don't bodge something that deals with fuel and sits right above the exhaust! As guy said if any bit of fuel gets on the tape it will come off and then oyu have the danger of fuel pouring over the exhaust...

fair point lol. can you chemical metal plastic though?

Also I was mega paranoid of fire, especially after that golf the lad spent loads on and set on fire first time out.

I then conducted experiments with throwing petrol at hot things and bought an extinguisher haha
