hope so! the pikey regulator isnt restricting the pressure enough, so i cant drive it untill it comes lol

also, installed the new t piece and I'm guessing the o rings are shot as it was leaking fuel slightly. spose ill swap them over from the old one and see if it fixes it

I thought that I had put this up before, but it must have been under a different thread.

You don't really need a pressure regulator with a mechanical pump, as it is a simple matter to lower the delivery pressure by adding more gaskets, or in your case, due to the pressure being so high, you may have to make up a distance piece to fit between the pump flange and its mounting, probably even requiring longer mounting bolts.

The idea is to simply bring the pump further away from the driving cam.

Too late though I've already bought the regulator! I'm gonna put it before the pump thoughh i think as surely having it after would put stress on the pump ect?

oh harris btw, the o rings were cracked and perished thats why they leaked, swapped them from the broken t piece and now its fine :)
