All right guys, first post here, basically started thinking about making some changes to my polo dune after flirting with the idea of a new car

First things to do are 1) smoothing as much as possible and 2) the alloys need a major refurb, possibly a new colour.

What I was wondering though is how you would go about removing the roof bars?

Let's face it, they're useless and they look awful, got to go!!

Has anyone done it before ?

I don't remember seeing another Dune on here so you might be on your own a bit in the whole modifying area.

As for the roof bars I would have thought they would be screwed on which means you might have to lower the roof lining..

Longshot but do you still have the roof bars? im after a particular cover piece for mine.  ta
