stripped the inside of my 6N to spray/wrap the none black bits, only part thats left is the sunroof inner seal part that holds the headlining in and the same thing around the doors. how do i go abaout removing this?

They just pull off, assuming you mean the coloured seals, and not to seal to the body as this us a glue and is a bit more tricky to remove..
