Featured Replies

Right, this has to go now.

Black 3-door Polo TDI Sport (1.9ATD engine)

Spec:

PAS, electric windows and mirrors, air-con, adjustable lights and so on.

Automatic door lock when you exceed 5mph.

Remapped to 135bhp and 275NM of torque. (rolling road printout)

De-cat and deleted backbox with GTI styled lip.

Black badges all round.

HID kit up front.

Red rears.

Air horn.

Aero wipers.

De-badged on the rear.

Pressed plates, plate surround up front.

Votex rear spoiler. (I think)

Solid Ibiza cupra bushes up front.

TA Technix Coilovers

BBS Montreal II's 16x6.5J ET42 running 205/45 Nankang and 205/45 Fullruns respectively.

Boost & Voltage gauge.

Will be suppled with standard headunit but I'll leave the amplifier wiring in for the new owner.

I do have the standard suspension which will be supplied in the sale, at the minute the ride is quite bumpy/crashy due to the current coilover set up.

In my ownership, I have replaced the wiper linkage (common fault as they seize up - £120), replaced the Coolant temp sensor (genuine parts used), serviced her less than 3K ago (genuine parts as my mate works at VW), very recently just fitted a new passenger side inner CV joint and replaced the brake light switch (another common problem) Does about 450-500miles to a tank, which is £55 - will average 60mpg all day long, sometimes 70+ if you're gentle.

The fuel pump was replaced last year, and has been regularly serviced every 8K or 6months, whichever comes first. Lots of service history, can supply most recent MOT number if needed to check mileage, which is currently at 143K - still pulls like an absolute train.

MOT: March 7th 2013.

TAX: End of September.

She does have a little bit of paint flaked off the rear VW badge and some stone chips to the front due to the motorway mileage. (quite easily covered with a bonnet bra if it bugs you) Also, two trolley dents on the front drivers wing. I have been honest as there is nothing worse than travelling to view a car only for it to be not as described.

Feel free to ask any questions, either by PM or respond to this thread.

Faster than a GTI, newer, cheaper to insure and more economical.

This car has had all the little niggles and common faults sorted on her so she's good to go. I've done over 15K in the last 10months and she's been spot on.

Price - £2300 ono.

Location - Doncaster.

Ideally need this gone by the end of the month.
