Depends how big a peice it is, when I've sent side windows before, I've made a wooden case for them, coverred em in tape in case they crack and padded them with an old blanket inside the case. Then you just courier it as a box and hope.

For the love of god don't use City Link. I ordered my suspension on next day delivery, nine days later they still hadn't collected them.
