Bloody hell what do you get for that price? There are ones local to me for 300 a month and they are good units just shame you ain't in Runcorn

I know, its shit aint it. Just found out they don't allow car repairs either so thats out of the window.

Virtually impossible for less than £300 a month, I have been looking for well over a year in my area and just cant afford anything that comes up.

At the moment am stuck with a tiny garage with no power which I pay £50 a month for.

So shit aint it.

Most of the places are priced what they are because its companies that will be renting them

looking at this gives me so much more motivation so renovate some of the buildings on my farm :p

Head round to any farm yards, thats what i did. My unit i share with 3 of my mates/work colleagues.

Its basically a chicken shed, we repaired the roof, fitted new doors and then the farmer suprised us my laying down 4" of concrete over the whole thing, oh and its 45ft wide by 140ft long and only £250 a month between the 4 of us.

Just dont give up and keep asking around, something will eventually turn up
