1982 Porsche 924 £495 Durham!

Featured Replies

Hi, this is my advert for my 1982 Porsche 924 in white.

I bought this car back in August last year as a little project for myself, unfortunately with only being a student I couldn't really afford to fix the car so therefore I am now looking to get rid of it so that I can afford my first insurable car.

It will be a shame to see the car go but like I say, I really need the money for my first car!

Details of the car -

Porsche 924 2.0 Litre

Low mileage at 98,000.

Unfortunately Cat D (stolen & recovered)

Solid bodywork.

This car has been somebody's pride and joy.

Interior is in excellent condition, seats have no tears or rips, the cigarette lighter has never even been used!

Brand new exhaust right through, don't think it was fitted too long ago, still looks immaculate!

Drives sweet and sounds great!

The only driving problem the car has is when you turn the wheel it seems to lock, I have been told this is just because of the ignition barrel and these can be picked up for £30.

The car needs around £100 spent to fix it, Great little Project!

Parts that the car needs is a new passenger side wing & ignition barrel.

If I wanted to be extremely picky id say it needs a new steering wheel, the reason being is the leather has came un stitched although you could save yourself £50 can get it stitched back together.

Paint needs small bits of filling in around the passenger side where it had the bump and around the door where it has been broken into.

Again this is just me being picky..

Needs to be seen to be appreciated!

Absolute bargain but like I say desperately need rid!

The car will need to be trailered away.

Cash on collection!

Car is located in Bishop Auckland, Co. Durham.

Would be interested in p/x for a mk3 polo coupe or breadvan and id send cash your way depending on miles and condition!

Thanks for looking!

Sensible offers concidered!

With it being a cat d it didnt come with a log book or service history, last time it ran was a few months back waiting for my dad to get back to me with a new battery so I can get it turned over and I have no idea when it was last on the road buddy I bought it from a salvage auction, thanks! :)
