PANIC OVER!

Hi all,

The dates have been confirmed for this years show as the 6-8th July, please can everyone book as early as they possibly can, when you book you will need to quote ‘PRBIL12’ this will ensure that you are put with club polo on Puddleduck place and receive the rally rate of £15 per pitch per night.

a pitch is for a tent for up to 4 people the same as last year - if you have extra cars they may charge you extra

I ain't got spare money for tickets till that week, I've got no way to pay for them like that if I did have, and there's no way I'm booking in advance and risking loosing my money if for some reason some thing comes up that is out of my control.

Mark , thats incredibly short notice from Billing , I'm the same as Guy i have worked my finances for the show round being able to pay on the day , is there nothing you can do via Billing would be a real shame for lots of people not to come.

Right I've just got off the phone with the Events Manger

We are fine... the 1st 2 people I spoke to were wrong/miss informed! Its slight different than other years apparently due to use being there the same time as F1!

You can turn up on the Friday/Saturday and pay to camp.. you will not get the rally rate of £15 a night as that is for advanced booking onlys. But it will be the standard rate of £20 a night.

Make sure you say you are with Club Polo though... as its F1 weekend there is a 2 night min stay in force for the weekend and an increased rate of £25 a night. So when you turn up you just go to the office say Club Polo and pay your £20 a night and camp up in Puddle duck!! :)

Sorry for the panic guys.... but I phoned twice and got the same answer from 2 different people and it wasn't till I kicked up a bit of a fuss that I found out it wasn't so... Panic over!

Its £20 a night with no min stay and that's for a plot which sleeps 4 adults

i just booked today and gave the code to the woman over the phone and was charged £30 for the two nights, also i mentioned about camping in the section with clubpolo and was told i can choose any place when we arrive :S

i think the booking number is a call centre for all the holiday camp sites, so half of them dont actualy know what the fooks happening at billing

they seemed to know when i called up lol

they do seem to be rather useless. I'm booked into Shelding I phoned back and they said it didn't matter you just get allocated on arrival. But thats not the point just put me in the right field to start with!

yeh they seemd to know about all the reference numbers and stuff but didnt really allocate me to a specific place on the site :/. bit odd..I'm sure they will get the idea where people want to be when they all start turning up!lol
