Notch is done, thanks to Shelvy at Dubshire, car now drives like a standard one again....

Also the wheels have finished being resprayed, ill order some new caps asap, tyres should be fitted this week sometime, then its on to fitting them

Wheels are on, new caps need buying though and the arch/spacer combo needs addressing, along with obv more lows.

This box contains new brakes all rou d including drums and brembo front pads,, should be a bit better than standard

Few things to update since last time:

All the brakes have been changed now and bedded in, can recommend the brembo pads as a slight upgrade over the usual cheap stuff.

Wheel fitting setup has changed again, now using 15mm spacers on the front and 20s on the back, also used a 1mm washer behind the stub axle to try and correct the toe, however I think a 2mm washer on the botom bolt and a 1mm washer on the top bolt will fully sort it....

A new set of wheels has been aquired, just need a refurb n theyll be on. I'm also playing aboit with some nut caps I've got for the bbs, unsure on colour yet though.

Had a full wheels off wash today, much better under those arches now!

For those that may not have seen it at UD, it now has clear indis and 6n2 rears, courtesy of Big Rob, I'm still not to sure, but obv have the option to go back.

They may work better once the bbs are silver and have some 16v/gti discs hiding behind them on all four corners, in red of course. I've already made a start on these and have the main bits, still need:

Splash guards

Bearings

Rear discs and pads

Hoses

And handbrakes cables

Over a hundred quids worth of stuff, trade, plus powdercoating them red!

I poly bushed the front before UD aswell seeing as the bushes were falling out anyway...

Well due to the bloody rain it took me 2 days service and deep clean this at weekend. But its now had everthing, oil air fuel pollen plugs leads dizzy. Next is coolant and temp sensor as I think its stopping it from starting when cold...

Found that the fuel filter was most likely the 14 year old original:

Also resealed my headlights and cleaned up the front panel a bit today, much better:

Wow, long time not updating this!

Few little pieces done like the false floor, new fitted matts, and some A1 ally pedals. Pedals look nice even though you can't really see them in a 6n, and required some fettling to get on....

But the biggest update is the bbs are back, with brand new nankangs and genuine centre caps, and a fresh coat of porsche silver.

I've also cut the rear arches, and raised the engine a slight amount so it can go down a whole load when I've sorted my driveway out....aim is to tuck the rim all round....
