I went to the demo running they had a few years ago and it was mobbed, so I think it would be a good idea but unfortunately the potty Mayor, bonking Boris has said it would have to meet noise and emmission levels and no doubt pay the congestion charges, Oh no, most of them now would be classed as "hybrids" with the KERS systems

Neat idea, no way in hell it would ever be doable.

Just get them to plant a few dozen trees in one of nearby royal parks to offset the carbon emmissions and at the end of the day these F1 engines are tuned for maximum efficiency and the emmisions are probably less on an overall lap than most of the 10 year old cars/vans driving in London today??

Stupid idea. I hate most street circuits, Monaco is the worst. What's the obsession with London anyway? The place is a shit hole, yet everything ends up going on there. I know it's the capital, but there's more to Britain than that hell hole

they need to sort it out but I'm sure we all know theres no way in hell this country will allow it, our goverment is shit and the country is going down the pan, its had enought to do a track day these days with noise regs so no way are they gonna allow F1 to race round london

the only reason london would be cool is seeing f1 cars whizzing past all the landmarks. imagine the inpact on the tube if it had to deal with an f1 race..

So as I see it, it's all well within the circle line. Can't see spectator traffic on a weekend evening being any worse than rush hour Mon-Fri?

Thing is, Wembley ain't in the middle, so there's only a certain number of common routes there. Everything ends up on the circle line at some stage.
