Fitted a facet fuel pump today as my regulator could not stand the pressure from the standard injection pump.

All i have got left to do is rejet it and sort out the throttle as there is not alot of throttle pedal movement.

took some inspiration of you wi tuning a 1,0 i fitted a gt cam n 1.3 throttle body and i noticed a big difference bet urs must be rapid :)

Be extremely careful if your drilling jets out. The best way to do it is ofcourse with proper machinerey,

If you have to do it by hand, i'd recommend getting a pin vice, and drilling them slowly by hand.

Looks sweet dude inthe middle of bike carbin mine 1300spi, any tips dude?? Did you make tha heat shield urself?? Fancy makn me 1:)

  • Author

Thanks

yeah i made the heat shield myself its just a sheet of aluminum painted black. Could have been a bit bigger but did not have alot of ally left. I don't think it works well as a heat shield but I just wanted to cover up my standard exhaust.

Found some old Ford fog lights at work and had a go at fitting them on my spare bumper.
