Really smart.

Lower the front more though! It's got to be lower at the front for sure - otherwise it just looks like you've got loads of shopping/bodies in the boot :p

Nice little project. I'm assuming it wasn't yellow originally?

Thanks mate, I don't think I can, I can't carry passengers in the back anyway because it scrubs :-(

I needed another hose to plumb up the carb to the water system, just found one off an old inlet manifold and if everything's okay it should be in over the weekend, also with a straight through pipe into the standard back box, I'm going to use the standard carb and airbox with a k and n filter, can anyone see any problems with the standard carb running on a gt bottom end and cylnder head?

Any help would be brilliant!

hope the lenses are there soon! i also have a gt converted bready but mines on bike carbs atm :) good choice and I've got a 1989 G reg too!

Engine back in all plumed up and wired up, apart from I wired up the starter wrong, typical, it should be firing up tomorrow morning! Looks all smart now

Sounds good Rob, we'll have to meet up at some point and you can take me for a spin with my old engine!
