just thought i would fire these up i do custom body work its something am very passionate about and love doing i have done lot of custom bumpers body kits wide arches etc in my time heres a few of some for the projects i have done

custom one off bumper for 350z as you can see the customer change his mind a bit during the project :-D

106 gti rep fitted gti arches side skirts when they arrived they didnt fit 5 inches to short and the didnt line line up with car

toyota celica The kit was a bad fit. Other bodyshops would have either shrugged the shoulders and painted it like this anyway or else refused to fit/paint it. but i got it fitting perfect.

Some good wrok there. How do you go about getting such straight edges, especially when you've got a rough cut edge on plastic?

Thanks buddy :)

I do everything by hand rub my fillers primers etc with blocks with a vary of sizes only use sanders when i really have to and use different grades of fibreglass filler so nothing sinks or cracks

thanks i love my work some much i'd do it 4 free i just love doing things that people think cant be done i love thinking of out side the box ideas and love seeing them come a reality gives me such enjoyment

wheel refurb i did over the last few days what yous think gloss black barrels and pearl white centres and re-polished lips they were acid dipped etched primed 2k primed based white pearl over the top then lquaerd

custom one off civic bumper its a 98 pre facelift bumper with bottom half of a 2000 face lift bumper

first got the two bumpers

sorted out where i needed to cut

got rid of the unneeded bits

started to key the edges to insure a good bond

test fitted the top half started to line it up screwed it in place
