Wouldn't bother with an oil and filter change dude, it was done well under 100 miles ago with titan super synth. Also the K&N panel is about 300-500 miles old, the plugs are about a year (around 7k) old.

Okay mate, just the plugs then, they looked abit dark when i tightened them up earlier haha

Ill try mate, on the lookout for a stainless system for it and a set of 14's

Yeah man, gonna try and keep her looking OEM. Maybe some mini G60's i like them with the proper centers and low pro's

No big plans as yet the shell is solid so its not having a conversion, wanna keep it original that wise. Its on a 60/50 kit already.

I think for time being its gonna get a 4-2-1 and a full stainless, set of 14's on some 185/50's. Nothing much yet Ben

Its got a of lairy idle at the minute goes anywhere from 500-2000rpm, is there anything common that goes on these?

Had a couple of rough rusty patches in front of the rear drivers arch.

Flatted down and rust dug out and treated with rust killer.

Plan for tonight and anyone who will be at derby dubs.

-Roll and Flare all 4 Arches

-Fit 13" x 7.5 front steels and 13" x 8 Rear steels

-Cut front and rear springs. (making coilovers next week! woop)

Weld exhaust up and use alot of tie wraps.

Didnt butcher it in the end, ran into some crazy rear shock problems... all sorted thought down 20mm to the last notch on the rear and set up some camber

Need wheels but just bought some new seats for my other polo.
