Featured Replies

Was just browsing at polo's on PH today and found this,

Please pay attention to the 0-60 time this guy has said, slight exageration considering no engine mods are listed in the listing...

Desperate times maybe, i dunno, but it's getting more like this by the week.

They take over ten seconds, so that's quite some percentage - taking it to shameless bullshit level.

It probably is exaggerated along with the price this person is local to me his ads are always over priced etc

Apparently sold visa piston heads.

My valver i sold (standard bar cold air feed and coilovers) used to pull away from my tdi pd100 and a rate of knotts ! well standard as far as i knew engine wise

Although 8 seconds , maybe 9/10 possibly 11 ??

Edit: with a tag of £1600 there's alot more you could buy for that although it is a clean valver by the looks of it

I was looking at 1.8T A3's the other day and some really nice clean example's seem fairly cheap

Think if the body was as straight as it looks then the price wasn't that insane. Seen much worse regards pricing.

:lol::roll:

Its mint that ....

8 seconds nah.. maybe 9-10

My mk2 with a carbed valver was only around 8 seconds.

Official time for a 1.4 16v 6n is 10.2 seconds.

the 6n2 equivalent does it in 10.1 bizarrely
