Will 16" borbets fit on my 9N?

please someone, I've found some for sale and need to know quick before they sell!

They are Borbet A's, 9j on the rear and 7.5j on the front, i have been told they will poke out slightly. the fronts are et30 and rear et15

As long as they are 5x100 as most are 4x100not sure about the et but 7.5 will have a bit of pole so the rears will poke out a little more.

yea, there are 5x100 for my 9n, and i thought the 7.5 would be okay just didnt know about the 9 on back, you think it will poke alot or will i be okay without archwork?

I really can't say as I haven't tried it and I'm not sure if yours is Peres etc, so best bet is to try one rear wheel on and see

i dont wanna buy the wheels tho and then they not fit

9J on an ET15 is almost definitely going to rub the arches but it depends what tyres you run and how much camber you set the rear end up with I suppose.

It's a bit vague just asking if they will fit. It depends how low your car is as well, most the lads on here running those kinds of widths/offsets properly, will be running either loads of camber/archwork/stretch or they'll just be scrubbing really bad.

That is a very wide wheel and low offset though for a car that size - be prepared to go the extra mile to run them properly.

I'd have said you'd probably be ok.

As long as you're sensible and just lower it a bit you shouldn't need any bodywork, although you may need some stretched tyres.

I've always had 6N's so it's hard to comment, have you tried looking on tyrestretch.com? It may give you an indication of which size tyres to run.

yea, id get the wheels on and lower it to sit just above the wheels and would i need camber then tho? and no ill look now, looking at that website id id have 194,45,r16's on the rear that aint stretch tho so would you recomend stretch?

Reviving this thread, seen some borbet A at a good price, 9j rear and 7.5 fronts. Fronts have 165/45 s stretched on, rears have 195/45 stretched on. I don't want to be buying these and they pork too much?
