Right I put up in the wanted section that I need a GT inlet manifold and a guy on here called willsalter1000 messages me back saying that he had one £30 posted he wanted for it so I sent the money via PayPal he got payment and he said he will send it at the start of the week I got a message on the Tuesday of that week say it was sent so I sould hav it by the end of the week Friday came and hadn't got it so I sent I a message saying still not here he said okay leave it till the start of next week and if I didn't get it by then let him no so Wednesday it still wasn't here so messages him he didn't reply to me and on his profile it said he had been online so I message him asking if he sent it to the right address no reply I kept on bugging him and Friday he got back to me and he said that things get lost in the post and it out of his hands this is two weeks now since he got the money off me I keep messaging him and he ant replying to any of me pms I've asked him to sent me receipt details so I can track it I've asked him to help me out so I can track it down but he just won't message me back.

Now if I sent that and if it got lost in the post I would track it down and try my best to find it, but he just seems to of taken my money sent it and that his bit don't he is basicly saying or hasn't sent it at all and stitched me up!

If anyone know his number of can help me out with this that would be great as I am a apprentice I earn £20 a day somthing like 2.60 an hour so £30 is a lot of money to me!

If anyone has any sugeations that would help alot tbo I just want my money back now!!

It's been 2 weeks you should be able to open a case with PayPal and they'll sort it for you... Unless you gifted him it, of you did your a fool and it's your own fault

Maybe RM are having a nightmare as someone on ebay has opened a case against me today even though i sent the item on Monday 1st class.

plenty of ebay sellers have put up notices about delays due to the olympics

extra security checks and all that

I've got a seller on ebay that hasne sent me an item and wont reply to messages, giving him till monday 12pm to reply before I open a case.

Will is a good lad so he won't have ripped you off, but he is the hardest person i know to contact as he has about 4 different numbers at any one time. I'll give him a text for you. But to be honest if he has sent it with Royal Mail you have to pay extra for tracking don't you? So he may have sent it and genuinely doesnt know where it is :(

its this Wills job to track the item as he is the seller if it doesnt turn up within a reasonable amount of time he should refund the money himself and then put a claim into RM to claim the money back himself

Personally if he is not willing to give you a proof of posting with a tracking number i would open a dispute as proof of postage should be done without even being asked by any decent sellers on here

yeah I am just waiting for certificates then I'll be fully qualified but until then I am on £20 a day

Well I've be messaging him and no replys so I dunno but until he replys I can't do anything if it's his job to sort it out then y ant he it would take no time at all to track it down

I've bought items worth a large amount off him before and received them no problems.

He certainly isn't a scammer, give him a chance to sort it out fella :)

I've got an AVY GTi bare inlet manifold, wanted more because it's planned for something but i'll do you the same price posted if you like.. Still leaves you with the issue of getting your money back from Will.

It will only be track-able if extra has been paid to track it. In my experience most buyers don't want to pay extra for things like this. Regardless of how its been sent there should be a proof of posting though.

yep i know he just wont reply to me all a i must have messaged him at least 10 time and no reply at all he has been online aswell and I've emailed him nothing i guess ill just have to give up tbo as i need on asap really i want a gt inlet for my g40 an AVY isnt what i want but thanks anyway:)

If anyone has this guys number or if u know of him plz let me know. This is so fucking annoying I understand that if u pay it as a gift then it's shit luck but there must be a way of sorting it out
