Anyone Into Marine Engineering/boats?

Alright guys just seeing if theres any one else into marine stuff like i am, cant be bothered with yachts! All about speed and crusing :biggrin: Just thought i would share that got my little outboard working! was sat for a good 6 years off a boat my dad bought, stripped it greased everything up, serviced, changed all major parts, water pump, prop ect... and it fired up water pump o didnt seem to work and wouldnt go into neutral so stripped it all back down again, been working on it since 6 this morning and BAM it works!! Owned fletcher arrowsport with a 140hp and that was mental! now got a alaska 500 with all mod cons, fresh bait storage, gps, fish finer, vhs radio, oh and the 200hp honda outboard :p couple of mates gonna go down dartmouth devon this weekend for a week and try catch some plaice ect..anyway sorry for random thread just wanted to see if anyone else out there

And the little outboard for our dinghy fun oh and excuse the homemade engine stand :lol:

Haha I thought that when it was running and dropped a ratchet in there, thought na fuck putting my hand in there! Would make a nice food/person blender :lol:

ahah yes! put shit loads of alcohol into a massive bowl! mix it all up then gay times :unibrow: then turn it on POvwLO until he buys a haynes manual!!!

reminds me of the top gear with the first amphibious challenge......

richard ended up with the tiny outboard on his sinking dampervan while jeremy had that huuuuuge jobbie :lol:
