Wanting to do a bit of a JDM/USDM sort of thing with my 6n. How do i goo about wiring them up?

Could i just put the new indicator/side light bulb into my indicator with a 12v relay in parallel with the indicator wiring, so the two are never on together (indicating normally)

it maybe bit difficult, I'm not electrican but it can be done.

as it not gonna be legal anyway, why not just simply move side bulbs into indicator. just drill indicator and stick sidelight in.

A relay is not required for this. You just need two 501 bulb holders and bulbs, 4 female spade connectors and maybe a foot or two of wire. Then simply drill a hole into each indicator housing big enough to fit the bulb holder and then simply extend the wiring from the existing sidelight wiring to the new holders.

Then if you only wanted the sidelights in the indys then just take the bulbs out of the sidelight in the headlights.

wanting them to go out if indicating, keeping them within the law. so a NC or NO relay wired in using the positive supply from the sidelight to oparate the relay. negivive of the indicator.

You could do that, however I'd you use a standard 5w bulb then the 21w indicator bulb will overpower the sidelight so no ned to have It switch off.

I would suggest temporarily trying it the way I have and see, then if you wanted it to work with a relay, then you could use a spdt relay (5pin) and have the indicator power it and have the sidelight connected to 87a. This way it will cut out when the Indy flashes.
