Yo peeps, I've been a member on here since i got my polo, and I've done quite a few things to my bab;D

If you reading this you might get confused cos I've got pictures of things that I've done but not in the right order, so just bare with me if you see something new in the background of a picture of flash that's new or not there, if that makes any sense at all, if not, then waheey that's life, I only got a B at school;)

So to start with, I bought the little flash 1.0 polo after selling my beloved Classic Mini (pics if you want) -

As you can see picture quality is shit, this is from egay the day i bought it:P

First thing i did was a good clean and wax, sad i know but i was £1350 down and its all i had;)

Got some more pictures and stuff to tell you guys just comment if you want more;D - okay well nobody commented so next post is going up in a sec!

Alright, now we got the ball rolling on FLASH, DUM AHAAAAAAA, you guys seen the film Ted? Go watch it, seriously funny as hell:P

anyways, back to flash, after a few days, maybe a week if i remember right i bought myself some stickers, new LED Sidelights and new stubby aerial - wtf is that spelling, wtf that thing on top of the car that gets radio and shit, oh and a new petrol stickerbomb thingy for it, its not everybody cut of coffee but i think it looks alright:P oh and a new black read badge with red carbon inserts, my fave addition so far;)

Pretty much stayed at that till i came into some money after being paid, gimme a sec its taking a lifetime making this thread, i should of started it when i got the car-.-

Okay, so like 3-4 weeks went by and i finally got my windows tinted at 80%, again not everybodys cup of OJ but i kinda like it:)

not got a pic of this, ill show you why in a sec..

few weeks past and i finally got some new shoes for flash, i bought them cos i wanted them, and cos its completely different to what I've seen on here, again i not be offended if you dont like them because we're all entitled to our own opinion, its just when i drive around with these on, people look, and thats what i want;)

plus got the window tints in on here -

now i know it needs lows, but trust me, I'm working on it!<3

Right, now were catching up to todays pace, bought myself some JOM coilies on suday 5th august, still waiting for them, finally get it low;)

So in the meantime i got myself some Wind Deflectors, nothing special, just thought they look nice and stuff;)

Couple of days ago i thought id try myself a go at some DIY spraying, fuck it, my car, my look, so i had a go, i did the typical smart thing to do, clean the area, rub down, primer, rub, primer, gloss, gloss, laquer, the usual hoo harr for DIY spraying, and i did the from grill, took the old badge out as i got myself a new Black one on the way, what you guys think?

you can probs see the daylight running lights i fitted too, wired them up to my sidelights, i think there different, not sure if I'm keeping them or not, will have to see!

Right, finally, we are up to date, its now 5 past 12 on the 07/08/2012, and this is what i did today, my most proud thing I've done to flash so far, Colour coordinated the back bumper strips, so proud! What do you guys think?!:)

There, thats what I'm up to as of today, will be fitting my coilies on sunday hopefully, still haven't arrived, will get pics when they are delivered, and i will continue to colour coordinate the bumper strips on flash tomorrow, pics to come, stay tunedd!!!!<3

what did you use to coulor code the rear moldings? halfords mixed spray pant and lacquer ?

There, thats what I'm up to as of today, will be fitting my coilies on sunday hopefully, still haven't arrived, will get pics when they are delivered, and i will continue to colour coordinate the bumper strips on flash tomorrow, pics to come, stay tunedd!!!!<3

how did you get the strips off the bumper?

did you have to take the bumper of or do they just pull off

i have colour coded everythign else but have left the bumper strips for now until i know i the bumpers need to come off or not

Yeah give em a good clean, primer a couple of times, then halfords spray (making sure it's the exact colour) do that a couple of times, and clear laquer 3 times, boom!;D

I actually didn't take them off, I masked everything around them cos I know they are a pain to get off, I just made sure I masked every single nook and cranny, it worked for me you will never tell with mine, give it a go!:P

So i finally finished colour coding my bumper strips, after like 4 hours!:(

Heres a pic of me prepping the front bumper, I'm just applying primer here, and then the red, and then laquer, sorry for the lack of pictures, i literally forgot to take them for you guys:/

The finished product, i will get better pics once I've washed flash and got the coilies on;)

Postman brought me my Coilies, fitting these bad boys on Sunday, cant wait!! Still waiting on switch, grills and fogs to come:(
