Hi all, finally got my car on the road after over 12months. Thought id introduce myself here,

Its 1.4tdi, one owner car but when got it the last owner was basically a tramp. The interior has been out and cleaned ( i have got over it numerous times but plastics are scratched and seats a bit stained) and the outside has had a full repaint.

engine: 1.4tdi with a revo map

Wheels: vw contour alloys with evergreen tyres :s ( were told they were alright tyres, and for the price and how soon i could get hold of them thought why not)

Body: genuine votex body kit from factory ( managed to get the boot spoiler the other day, just in primer atm)

Suspension: AP coilovers

other random bits have been done but want is as genuine as possible.

And finally adjusted the coilies so that the car sat a bit lower and level. Its low enough for the bloody speedbumps round here :L

Looks really tidy mate, maybe just some spacers to get the wheels sitting abit wider and this'll look really nice

Was this at cumbria vag this year?

I nearly bought a set of those alloys for my 9n. Lower it a bit more and stick some spacers on and it will look great.

haha unfortunately as much as id like it wont be going any lower, the speed bumps round here scape the bumper as it is, and i like the odd spirited drive over the hills (even in a 3 cylinder diesel) which would be more compromised if went any lower.

And yes, was at cumvag, was yours there with borbet A's on?

very nice mate, those wheels look lie they were made to go with the votex kit, love how OEM it is! shame it won't be getting a hard slam...
