Before I start I'm planning on keeping my 6n it's too good to let go of.

I've just bought a 89 mk2 jetta but I can't seem to find any good forums for info and ideas. Shows and meets etc.

whens the donky derby meet I'm only from brimington so i could pop down. never seen your car around pal. would be good to meet up local once in a while as i am a busy man and never get chance to do much,

jetta is just going to get cleaned up, whoever started "ratting" it must have been bonkers, its only done 56000 miles with full service history.

You don't need a particular model specific forum to get ideas for your Jetta, just have a look at what looks good on Golfs and the numerous other models of a similar age, and anything which looks good on them will look good on your Jetta too! Although I honestly think it doesn't need anything other than a bonnet! :grin:

I'm usually plotting about on the evenings around town or matlock way :)

The meet is the first tuesday of every month :) theres a facebook page "chesterfield dubs", i f you join that it will have all the updates :)
