I'm not a forum noob but I am fairly new to this forum and after a few Polo questions here I am now the owner of a 6n2....

....packing a whole 1 litre of punch :-D I bought it to save money on fuel/tax/insurance and so far it's delivering. I spotted the car on a Vw forum and although the car was 200 miles away it was close to where I would soon be visiting family so a deal was struck via the t'interweb. Last week it had a baptism of fire on it's maiden voyage and I made a 250 mile journey home via family in The Cotswolds where the hills were an extra challenge for it's puny motor That said it still managed 56.6mpg which will do very nicely thank you.

No plans yet but no doubt that will change and I'll be around mithering for answers to stupid questions as time goes on.

Cheers. No plans to mod yet. Perhaps some subtle ones after I've had the car for a bit. Takes a while for me to get to know/trust a car before I'll shell out any dosh. We'll see I guess.

I still think they're the best looking Polo of all time, even next to the Coupes and 6R.

Just needs slamming so it scrapes, sticker bombing, rusty bonnet, half the interior ripped out and replaced with heavy speakers, drainpipe exhaust to keep neighbouring parents of babies in hell, and some random script written up half the windscreen.
