I cancelled my clubpolo membership today, but my paypal still says £5 will be taken out on the 24th?? It was attempted on the 18th - when my year membership ran out i guess, but am I really going to be charged £5 for 5 days of not knowing my membership had ended??

You need to cancel the PayPal subscription, that is the only way to cancel membership.
