Mk2 1.3 Squareback Ranger UPDATED

Featured Replies

Hi, for sale is my 1986 mk2 polo breadvan Ranger (rare!! only 170ish left on the road!), It has done 90k and is in reasonably good nick for its age.

Specifications/Information:

- 12 months MOT

- 5 months Tax

- GTi grill

- Custom splitter/chin spoiler

- Lowered 70mm all around on lowering springs

- Newly welded jacking points and inner arches on the rear

- Extremely good tread on all tyres

- Wrap around spoiler

- very good condition interior

- All original!! Even the tape deck is left in!

Bad points:

- The car had a slight knock on the rear drivers side before I got it, it isn't too visible until looked at closely.

- Paintwork isn't the best

- Some rust spots like on the bottom of the drivers door.

- Petrol tank filler neck has a tiny hole in so petrol leaks slowly when filled up.

- Car missfires at low RPM, this is due to the distributer cap and they are only £6ish just haven't got the time at uni.

- Mile-ometer recently stopped working after last MOT.

Due to the bad points, I'm lowering the price to £600 ONO, instead of 700
