VW GOLF 1.8 CONVERTIBLE (Selling on behalf of a friend)

I have to regrettable sell my golf 1.8 Auto cabriolet as I will now be working out of Derby and something more economical.

Mot'd till next May 2013 and tax'd till Nov 2012. It is an unmolested car in great shape for anyone who is looking for a great base to have a prize winning motor or just one that reliable with no stupid conversions or stuff on it, just a nice exhaust back box. The engine bay is nice and clean too.

Good bits

She drives nice and never let me down. As far as I know original colour and maybe had a roof but its electric and works well as do the electric windows. Has an expensive steering wheel so I am told and and different honey comb grill, with clear single headlamps. My mates brother did have a set of lower5ed springs and just fitted the rears as one was broke for its MOT. I do have the other 2 for the front and will be included in the sale.

Not had her long, as bought from my best mates brother as it is a nice genuine clean one, that has been around Derby for years, with a bit of TLC it could be super. I've Just not had the time...

I'm not be greedy just want what it owes me and not a penny more. Will take OVNO.. Try me.... If you make me the right offer I may consider throwing in the a set of 15" BBS RA's with yokos....

Bad points

There are some chips, dinks, etc I have been honest and will be but does need a little TLC. The worst area is the N/S/F wing around the side repeater area. I have shown a picture of it. When I got it, I took the front seats out and wet cleaned them all inc the carpet. The roof has no rips and is in really nice condition.The glove box needs repairing, was on one hinge when I got it and then by accident my little girl opened it and broke the other hinge. It does stay shut though... I do have some paper work with it cant remember what I have sorry
