Could u poss get a picture of the seats from the back of the car eg. looking into the boot, as i would like to put mk3 golf seats in mine but not sure how much the protude over the parcel shelf :)

Re-covered the ignition wire loom and combined it with the cooling fan wires:

Also the oil catch can and fuel pump are now mounted to the passenger side corner and also I bought new coolant ball and made a bracket for it to get the lower hose go to right direction. Not sure yet if I'm keeping the bracket or going to make a different one, the current one is attached to original mounting points.

looks amazing, but from the pictures it doesnt look like the bonnet will shut with the coolant tank where it is?

I haven't been working on this for couple months, been busy with other things. But I'm having problems with the carbs... Engine just dies when I touch gas pedal. They had 155 main jets when I first tried it (came to me like that). Now they have 140's and still cant rev it, it idles ok and revs raise a little bit when give it choke, but still can't touch the gas... just dies. I tried the fueling with aftermarket pump with "t-piece method" and also running it straight to carb inlet, but no difference. Now has bike pump that came with the carbs (previous owner ran it like this) and still the same problem.... Carbs are Keihin CVK from 600cc yamaha thundercat.
