Thought I would start a build thread for my work slag (which I said when I bought it Wouldent get modified 😁)

So I bought myself a Volkswgen golf Gti. Low millage with 62k on a V reg. full service history, no rust, mulltek cat back system and a forge recirculating valve.

This is how I bought it

First thing was toget rid of those horrible rear lights for some standard ones. Luckily my mate owns loads of gtis so got them nice and cheap

While swapping over the lights

Looks much better :)

Then I changed the headlight bulbs (which takes a lot more effort than it should)

Putting in some yellow 55w bulbs which I had lieing around from my polo gti fog lights untill my hids arrive

As I do around 600miles a week for work thought I'd treat my self to a nice arm rest and I'm glad I did best purchase iv ever made. Makes driving so much comfier.

Then I bought myself some uprated disks as mine needed replacing and were shit

Bought a double-din for a nice price

And have finally sources some wheels to replace the Oz racing ones on ATm

Getting these done in either gloss/graphite grey or a bronze colour

what sorta bronze colour are you looking at for the wheels? i'd have said gold would suit the green better :-)

nah not a fan of them think they are to big for the car .. can buy them off me if you want dirt monkey

and decided against bronze just went for the same colour as the centre bit so a nice glossy graphite grey

If only they were 15x7 !
