Hi thought i would post some pics of the mk1 i brought to use as the base for my next project.

You may know it or not!

Any way i am basicly braking the car as i only need the light and exterior trims, shell and panels and dash.

The wheels and rear coil overs and front struts and arches have gone but but the little that is left is avalible.

anyway here are some pics.

I think it did the ppc challenge but with the 1.4 in it. meant to have come second in the handling?????

Not sure though or really care now.

Have very big plans for this car but you will have to wait and see what they will be as want to get aload of work done then post up the pic.

Also need to get my mk2 saloon done 1st.

Have been buying goodies for this project but want to get the mk 2 saloon finished 1st.

will keep doing little up dates.

Project still on the card Just been really busy with work so things have slowed down.

Will post some pics of the parts collection we have for the project soon. :biggrin:
