Would they fit?

Featured Replies

Found a set of AlleyCats for sale that I really like just wondering if they would fit my MK3 Coupe. It isnt lowered, it's completely standard. From what I know the alloys are as follows-

13 Inch Diamater.

5.5j. (whatever this means)

4x100 Fitment.

Any insight would be nice, thanks :D

Yeah they will fit 5.5 literally means 5 and a half inches (width)

And your car has a pcd of 4x100 so that's fine too

Centre bore might be different, the hole in the middle of your wheel, so you may need spiggot rings but worry about that when you get them so not to complicate things

I did originally have a set of bbs which I didn't have long enough bolts, so I bought a set and now sold them! Any idea how much they are worth bud? They are the original ones, need a polish and 2 new tyres.

i have a set of allycats at work on slick racing tires i tried them on my mk3 and would have needed at least a six inch wheel arch extension to be legal and they looked really silly :)

they should fit fine aslong as the centre bore is 57.1 or larger.

you can get away with 6j on the front, and 7j on the back on an early polo
