As there is a trend for these topics right now. I thought i would combine them so i didn't create too many topics.

you had an awesome list of cars! :thumbsup:

Why not put them in an existing topic? I think we need the two following topics in the sticky;

1) Noobs. Nobody cares unless you're female, and then you'll only get the dicks respond. Lets get these out the way.

2) Old car thread. You sold it, end of. If you liked it that much you wouldn't have done. If you miss it, tough cheese. It's probably dead or being raped for any good bits. Nobody cares. Lets get this lot out the way too.

Sticky sticky sticky!

Mikey is on the ball.

I like the topics where it turns out to be a pretty ordinary Polo which is lowered, and we are expected to remember this piece of ground breaking engineering.

Does anyone know where my old polo is also?

Anyone know where my old car is? I sold it in 1993 and miss it dearly..

Sorry to say Mikey but looks like you sold it to a learner who stuffed it.

Ha I used to have a montego that looked just like that :lol:

Although my rear drivers door skin was held on by rope through some of the rust holes. It also used to cut out if rev'd to the red line and wouldn't restart until it had coasted to the point of almost stopping. It also wouldn't hold its charge and the battery light got brighter as the revs increased. A true testament to British build quality.

Stuff the white Escort, is that a MK2 Passat in the background on the right? Defo a MK2 Polo on the left, shame.

The white escort is a later MK3, my MK3 was earlier and originally had the same badges as the red one, but i changed them for the MK4 badges you see on mine.

The Montego was a mates, a 1.6 HL model no less, he bent the con-rods driving through water.. Neither had rear seat belts but that was normal back then. He drives various brand new top spec Audis these days, works for them, doubt he misses that thing!

I'm trying to think of the plate now, gonna try find when it was scrapped.

Anyone seen my old golfs/polo?

(I swapped the mk3 polo for this golf, then swapped this golf for the GTi also pictured :D )
