Went and got this polo from just past Birmingham a week ago today, shes a little 1.0 litre 4 speed polo match in Montana green i think.... looking a bit strange with the wheels, got a few things i wanna do to it to set it off. anyway il let the pictures do the talking

the minute i got it home.

gave her a quick wash and took all the run to the sun stickers off the next evening...

today i put tinted lights on....

and sprayed the wheels as i didnt like them......

Plans are to

- lower it more, (dont know how much its been lowered by?)

- badged grille

- ATS classics (still an apprentice so monies are tight :@ )

- sort out the bits that have been filled ready for paint

not much else, apart from a full service, cambelt and water pump thats it just drive the little thing

dont see many this colour... is it rare?

I don't know how rare it is. i don't think i've seen one this colour before. its a sweet colour though

Colours not the most common. But it isnt rare. One of my favourite colours for a Mk3. Right decision on the wheels, the red was a bit over the top. You have effectively blinded yourself at night with those lights. My first MK3 had tint on the lights when i bought it, and even on high beam, i couldnt see alot! Dipped beam was like 2 spots on the road.

found myself some nice looking wheels a few months back and was planning to polish them up etc but didn't want o do what everyone does so going for something different with these, should hopefully have the tires fitted tomorrow and on the car, just want to see how they sit as i may want to lower it more! pics of the wheels for how, let me know what you think!
