you get black marks for not paying (as mentioned) that eventually add up to you getting banned

BUT

i've not paid for a handful of items after the seller fucked me off or i realised i ordered the wrong item. happened a few times. three at least.

you'll get away with it for a long time i wouldn't worry. plus first time you're banned will be just against the account (i assume) therefore you could create another and carry on.

I imagine eventually youll be IP banned...

but you can have some fun with his account a couple of times

Sellers can't leave bad feedback anymore, so don't worry about it dude.

Are you sure its a different scammer? Paul lived in the wa8 post code and even used it as the name of one of his buisness ventures, WA8paint or something like that. Think that was right at the beginning of his internet scamming campaign

Nik Hewitt is one and the same, kind of. It was an alias that he used to scam people but it was actually the name of his ex misses, Nicola Hewitt

Ah nick Hewitt was the name I was looking for, didn't realise they were the same. Not being funny but a lot of the forums and that you posted links to I've followed and read and gone on to more, I see a trend... People paying by cheque and bank transfer because he doesn't accept PayPal. That for me would ring alarm bells straight away, as harsh as it is I'd say its people's own fault for being naive

Il have a look web I'm home from work tonight, I was in the first link you put up then ended up at corsa sport then on to fiesta owners club then zsoc (or whatever it is) hae to have another look tonight, literally spent about 3 hours reading up last night and he has conned shit loads of people, there is also a long list of known login names on another forum il find them tonight and put them I here for the mods so they can keep an eye out
