I've got 13" smoor roadsters, but the front end just isn't sitting right.. I want a smaller arch gap!

The thing is, speed bumps. If I go lower, it's gonna be rough on the underside of the car, so If I get some 14s to fill the gap and give me some speed bump clearance!

So, name some, if you'd be so kind?

Seen them mate, They look more for purpose rather than looks, if you know what I mean? Dont stand out..

Also need to remember closer to arch means smaller tyres so they dont rub the arch, smaller tyres also means closer to the road, 155/55/14's on a 7 have a good chance of being closer to the floor than your 13's. 175/50/14's could be ok but stretch like shit and go round on teh sidewall rather than flat or concave plus they are big so that arch gap issue is back.

I got some dish. Only 6x14 too :)

Get some bbs Rs's if you can find any, that way you can have as much dish as you want.

Trouble is finding some and then getting some dishes custom made

Also 185/50 is a good tyre and what I use on all my 14's.

Got some Steffan cups in 7's and 8's which sit nice on 185's under my lowered mk3. Would put a pic up but they are being refurbed at the moment

They are ATS cup, avaliable in 13, 14 and 15's

14's are only 6 inch wide though, got a set sitting in storage which were for sale....

They aren't quite ATS cups. You can't get ATS cups with the dish these have in the size they are.

They're made by CW which these days is part of borbet I think. If you google 'cw cup felgen' you will find a few pics.

In the pic above I just have a pair on the back and regular ATS cups on the front but I have since got a full set.

The dish depth on the CWs is a good 2" the same as on 15x7 ATS cups. 14x6 ATS cups have a 1" dish

You'd have to joinn the queue! :) unfortunately they need a refurb at the mo which is why in my avatar the car has g60s on. I should probably get a move on its been 3 years since they were on the car!

No way Jose! I bought them in two sets of two around 3 years apart! It took me long enough to get them so a couple more years sitting in the shed won't hurt! :p
