G40 LO i am sure you know the car

i heard a rumor it was being broken but i have since heard some one has saved it

just wondering call it curiosity as i aint seen it for 5 odd years

Its not being broken, Phils words were 'de-show car'ing it' iirc

All carbon interior bits were/are for sale, because i got a semi.. shame my bank balance didn't though

Atleast many parts of it will live on in other polos, ey :)

wow well at least its ok i think and just for the record after reading that on the other forum

it was painted in 2001 and it wasent a 'ropey drive' when it was in my hands thats for sure lol

Hey Ged i was going to let you know about it being De-show car'd completely forgot as i haven't seen you in a while

Seen it recently when i picked some bits up off Phil.

Its looking a little tired unfortunately, just too long of not being looked after properly.

Being sold on without some of the show bits, with a standard interior and normal wheels. Heard the new owner has some plans for it though

Had a good look around some great touches and the bay puts a lot of current show cars to shame!!! So ahead of its time
