Small update.

Found some new wheels today, they're compomotive flatface mo5's. 16x7 et35 so should be able to get them sat perfect, they are in need of a referb but nothing major only some slight kurbing.

They came up at a bargain price so I had to get them. Tyres were too big so I've removed them already, gonna get 165/40 16s I think.

Here's a few photo's.

I removed the tyres, fitted them and lowered back down onto bricks to see how it looks.

I've got a thing for 5 spokes, need a bit of spacing front and rear.

Thanks dude. Yeah it is that's how I want it bud, it's called rake. It would be lower than in the photo's if it had settled but I had no tyres on the wheels, was just a trial fit.

Once they're on properly it will be alot lower, the plan is to get it sat just about the rim on the front but we'll see :)

yeah man the "tucked" look right? should look well :)

So the plan is to get it sat pretty much on rim at the front, will probably only space the rears about 15mm and leave the fronts as they are.

Sonny did a quick photoshop, here's a idea of how I want it sat.

Any idea's on colour for them?

So I tried my splits on, 7.5s on the front and 8.5s on the rear.

Haven't updated this in ages.

Basically I've finally got compomotives on, referbed them myself in reflex silver, went for 165 40 16s in the end. Also got a chassis notch and 20mm spacers for the rear.

I'll be lowering it down end of next week as I go New York today, so will have to do it when I'm back.

Yep, the ride is pretty poor but it was poor before I put these wheels on, coilovers are eBay specials (raceland). I might invest in a decent damping ajustable set some time in the future, we'll see :)

Lowered it down yesterday, 30mm at the rear and 15mm at the front as I had alot of rake. The back is sat nice but the front has to come down some more. Another 10 or 15mm and I'll be happy I think. Here's some pics
