Came across this rather sad and unusual site and thought i'd share it. We're all used to seeing car graveyards, but this is entirely made up of cosworths. Mostly sierras, but some escorts thrown in for good measure. Its somewhere in sweden, in a garden, and no-one seems to have any idea why they are all sat like that. They are almost all grey or white too. With all the white ones in one place, and all the grey in another, like some strange piece of art:

Most of them just look pretty solid, no obvious signs of metal maggot attacks, they need just a t-cut and off you go. Just think of the second hand value of that lot on the UK market £££££

seen this on a face book page recently, the facebook pics had more cars in but they aslo didn't show some of the ones in that link. i wonder exactly how many he has stashed away there

judging by the pics they have been parked on grass for a fair amount of time, most of them will be rotting away from the bottom up

Well, yeah it's like a lost property depot or insurance connection - they're all almost entirely complete but there's crash damage, locks missing, so it's not a breakers or usual type of enthusiast.

If they're untouched, it makes sense that they can't be touched.

Thay are all ok cosworths, The guy brakes them for spares but his prices are totally crazy and no one buy's from him so they are justing sitting wasteing away . This is the shortened version :biggrin: :)

Also the guy that posted in his local paper telling the thieves that keep stealing his car you cant steal my car now i have a post at the end of the drive, they cut the post and stole the car within 10 minutes God where did i hear that, was that top gear too?

There can't be many cars well into a three figure population that are more sorn than on the road.

I recon the future's probably bright for them when they can finally come back out of hiding but the last few years i've seen very few - last one was a dark blue one only this year, had huge aftermarket wheels and Morette headlights but defo genuine.

I see a red one quite often in Cardiff. Its had a rear end bump though as none of the panels line up properly

Its not just the cosworths being broken either. Concours Rs's are being broken for spares as people can get more money by braking them nowadays

Sierras, well there's always been thousands of those breaking. Apart from the odd RS500 i think they'll go from massive to rare like any other Sierra.
