My mk3 polo is back up for sale again due to wasters....

Engine

1.3 polo coupe genesis with GXSR 600 SRAD carbs, Bogg brothers manifold, D-cat stainless exhaust.

recently has had the head gasket, valves, water pump and a cam-belt done

It is a lovely looking car turns a few heads and looks mean from the front!

Sound nice when you put your foot down and i know for a fact it will hang off the back of saxo vtr 1.6!!

So is pretty nippy for a little 1.3.

MOT has just ran out yesterday!

Tax- only taxed it last month

The engine that i put in it has 83,000 miles on it even though the clocks say 167,000

rust free under the car

few rust bubbles round the car but it is 18 years old

small dent in the passengers door.... had it quoted to be taken out £40 but it doesn't bother me to much.

Full service history from new!! loads of paperwork!

1.0 on the logbook great first car!

One annoying thing- the boot lock isn't there so you can only open it from the inside.... slightly annoying. but a new one is about £5-£10

few modifications nothing really special

D-badged front grill

G40 rear lights

Lowered all round

Minilite wheels

Front seats are out of a corrado very comfy!

No mate its not but it will pass easy! Car is very much solid.

I would stick one on there mate for the asking price of £1000 but that's only if you definaitaly want it?

Bit of advice mate, which may help. For the £30-40 it costs, stick 12 months MOT on it, if it will pass easily, get one on it, piece of mind for the buyer, plus may get more interest etc. just my 2p, plus if people are having to fork out on insurance etc, thats one less worry on their part :)
