Me and a few other mates are looking to get a unit/barn space to rent.. Only problem is everything around here is ridiculously expensive, just curious if anyone know of any places that I could have a look on? And where did you find yours? Also what you pay and what do you get?

Wont find alot in worcester mate. I want a unit too. Fed up of losing days on the polo's to crap weather.

I pay £52 per month to the council for a garage just big enough to work on a mk2 Polo.

Some councils are cheaper, iirc when this came up before where Mclovin lives it was loads cheaper.

£52 is quite a bit! Do you get leccy with that?

In South Brum, you can get a council Garage for £3.50 a week. No electricity though, and you will need a friend with a South Brum postcode

Big unit next to gatwick airport is 650 a month! thats what I'm in, full electric and enough space for around 6 cars and workshop tools

I've put a roof straight across back yard fence to fence and up and over door on front ,lol 40 ft x 13ft . neighbours wer not happy .

my mate rents a unit with elctric at local farm for 150 a month including electric .fits 4 cars and its got a mezanine level for storage

Thats your best bet dom, phoning farmers. Try Peachley Farm in Broadheath. They have quite a few units.

Tbh Worcester ain't too far from me, I could get in on sharing one around Detroitwich/Worcester if you can a few people like yourself and Dan perhaps
